As a Visual Designer in the Growth Design Studio, I owned various different growth & marketing projects collaborating with copywriters, 3D artists, artworkers, marketing managers, compliance officers, media buyers, and external agencies. Designing for a global financial leader with over 60 million customers, every project is approached with a focus on brand & product, simplifying money to deliver impactful content & visual communication that drives high growth performance — continuously using data to inform and iterate. Owning projects from kick-off to delivery, I was hands-on designing for digital static & motion across an array of channels, and offline campaigns from bus stops to airports. Contributing and owning different design processes and guidelines also plays a big part of the studio and role, ensuring consistency is maintained and the bar for quality output is constantly being raised.
